Games
Making games for the joy of it. Building toward a studio.
Unity and C# on the weekends. Game jams when the timing lines up. A small backlog of finished experiments on itch.io and a much bigger backlog of ideas. One day, the right combination of timing, team, and project will line up and I'll start a real game studio. Until then, the experiments stack up here.

Why a real studio, eventually.
I've scaled two SaaS companies and trained thousands of people in product delivery. The thing I haven't done yet is build a creative shop that ships games. That's the next mountain.
I'm not in a rush. The studio I want to build only makes sense with the right combination of timing, co-founders, and a first game worth obsessing over. So I keep practicing the craft on the weekends, write down what I'm learning, and wait for the right shape.
If you're a game developer, artist, audio person, or designer who wants to build something real with me someday, let's stay in touch.
