About Me

Wow, has it really been three years since my last blog post? So much has happened since then. With the help of some great investors, Clearly Agile grow to 80 employees pre-covid. Now we’re down to mid 60’s but still, crazy growth. Back in 2017 Clearly Agile was around 6 employees. Now it’s on Inc’s fastest growing companies in the U.S.

I’ve had two sets of twins, yes two, four kids, back-to-back twins. Synuma is finally taking off. I still haven’t finished final edits on my book, but one day :) We did win the Trademark dispute on ClearlyAgile as well and now own www.clearlyagile.com instead of the original www.clearlyagileinc.com, which is great.

I’m not sure if I’ll keep posting here as running two businesses and having 4 kids under the age of three is a lot of work during and after business hours. Just thought I’d check in and at least give an update.

Fred Mastropasqua is the CEO of at Clearly Agile and Managing Partner of Synuma, LLC, and the only Certified Scrum Trainer based out of the Greater Tampa Bay region.
